Terms of Service
The rules for using NO-DIY as a customer or as a provider.
Version 2026-10
What NO-DIY is
NO-DIY is an online marketplace that connects customers with independent service providers in the Philippines. Providers are not employees of NO-DIY. The service contract for each booking is between the customer and the provider; NO-DIY provides the platform, collects payment on the provider’s behalf, and helps resolve problems.
Your account
You must give accurate information and keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account. Providers must complete identity or business verification before they can be listed as verified.
You may close your account at any time from Privacy and data. Some records must be kept after closing (see the Privacy Policy).
Bookings and prices
A booking is a request until the provider confirms it. The price you see at checkout is the price you agree to. Any extra work, parts or charges need your approval in the app before they are added; you are not required to pay for extras you did not approve.
Promo codes reduce what you pay and are funded by NO-DIY, not by the provider. A code can be limited by date, spend, category or number of uses, and can be restored if a booking is fully refunded.
Payments
Payments are made through NO-DIY’s payment partners. NO-DIY holds your payment and releases it to the provider after you accept the work, after the acceptance period (3 days after the provider submits the work) ends without a report, or after a dispute is resolved. NO-DIY does not offer a stored-value wallet.
The platform may charge providers a service fee. Fees and how payouts are made are shown to providers before they receive a payout.
Cancellations, refunds and disputes
Cancellations and refunds follow the cancellation policy shown on each service, and disputes follow the process described in “How disputes work”. Both are part of these Terms.
Conduct
Treat everyone with respect. Harassment, discrimination, threats, fraud, taking payments outside NO-DIY to avoid fees or protections, fake reviews and sharing others’ private information are not allowed and can lead to suspension.
Limits and changes
To the extent allowed by law, NO-DIY is not liable for the quality of services performed by providers, but we will help you resolve problems through the dispute process. Nothing here limits rights you have under Philippine consumer protection law.
We may update these Terms. When we do, we change the version number and ask you to accept the new version.
