Delete your account

In the app or on the website

Sign in, open Privacy and data from the menu (or go to no-diy.com/account/privacy), and choose Delete my account. You can download a copy of your data there first.

Deletion takes effect after 14 days, so you can change your mind. If you have a booking in progress, an open dispute or money still owed to you, we will tell you what to finish first.

If you cannot sign in

Email our Data Protection Officer from the address registered on your account and ask for deletion. We will confirm it is you and complete the request within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your profile, name, contact details, address, photos, identity and business documents, sign-in, notifications, browser alert subscriptions, payout account details, and the text and photos of reviews you wrote.

What is kept, and why

Records of bookings, payments, tips, refunds and disputes, with your name and contact details removed, because the law requires financial and tax records to be kept. Star ratings you gave stay without your name so providers’ scores remain fair. Records of the terms you agreed to are kept as proof of consent.
