Deleting your account

Open the Privacy center and choose Delete my account. Deletion happens after a 14-day cooling-off period, and you can cancel it during that time.

Open bookings, disputes, refunds or unpaid payouts must be finished first; the page tells you what is left.

We remove your profile, photos, requests, saved services and reviews’ text. Payment and booking records are kept without your contact details because tax law requires it.
