Cancelling a booking

Each service shows its cancellation policy before you book:

•Flexible: full refund up to 24 hours before the start.

•Moderate: full refund up to 48 hours before, 50% from 48 to 24 hours before, no refund after that.

•Strict: full refund up to 7 days before, 50% from 7 days to 48 hours before, no refund after that.

The booking page shows exactly what you would get back before you confirm a cancellation. If the provider cancels, you always get a full refund automatically.
